1. Website and Services

Kron Jenesis provides educational content, performance coaching, books, trading-process tools, and related member features. Access to particular products or features may change as services are introduced, updated, or discontinued.

2. Educational Nature of the Services

Kron Jenesis services are educational and informational. Coaching and website materials are not individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or accounting advice. Trading decisions remain your responsibility and are also subject to the separate Risk Disclosure.

3. The Live Trading Week

The current coaching offer is The Live Trading Week: one Monday-through-Thursday trading week for a one-time payment of $999 USD. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The program is limited to no more than five traders per week. The week includes live market preparation, observation of live New York open trading, questions about the process, and daily review. The Monday-through-Thursday schedule is 7:30–8:45 a.m. for market preparation, a break from 8:45–9:15 a.m., 9:15–11:30 a.m. for the New York open session, and post-market review beginning at 6 p.m., with no fixed end time to allow for discussion and questions. All times are Eastern.

The experience is delivered by Dennis, who trades and writes as Kron Jenesis. You select an available Monday-through-Thursday week through the booking calendar. The selected dates and joining instructions are confirmed during booking. Weekly availability is limited; the calendar does not display the number of remaining places. Exchange holidays, market closures, or exceptional disruptions may require an adjusted schedule agreed with you.

Live trading is an educational observation experience. It is not a signal service, instruction to copy trades, or individualized investment advice. The process may include waiting or choosing not to trade when no suitable opportunity is present; a specific number of trades or a particular outcome is not promised.

The Live Trading Week also includes continuing access to the Trade Library at no additional charge, with no expiration or separate subscription. The library contains more than 30 trades with educational commentary on rationale, time frames, execution, and psychology. Your access includes future trades added to the library; no particular upload frequency or minimum number of future uploads is promised. Separately, the program includes access to The Firewall at no additional charge, with no expiration and no separate subscription fee. This access is reserved for people who join the program and is personal and non-transferable. The live sessions are not recorded by Kron Jenesis and session replays are not provided. Books or additional coaching are included only when expressly stated in your purchase description.

4. Scheduling, Attendance, and Rescheduling

Your trading week must be scheduled and confirmed with Kron Jenesis. Complete any requested client intake and confirm the agreed dates, meeting times, and connection instructions before the week begins. Contact kron@kronjenesis.com with scheduling questions.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests. Contact Kron Jenesis before the affected scheduled meeting and provide reasonable notice whenever possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for a specific date or time. A request does not by itself create a right to a refund, credit, or cancellation of the payment obligation.

Failure to attend an agreed session without prior notice may result in that portion of the service being treated as completed or forfeited. No particular replacement date is guaranteed. If a provider-side disruption prevents a scheduled portion from being delivered, contact Kron Jenesis to arrange how the affected service will be addressed, subject to applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

Kron Jenesis provides coaching, educational, analytical, and other time- and information-based services. These services are not returnable goods. Once professional time has been reserved, preparation has begun, access has been provided, or any portion of the service or information has been delivered, that time, preparation, access, and information cannot be returned or recovered.

A change of mind, dissatisfaction, failure to attend or participate, failure to use purchased access, or failure to achieve a desired trading, financial, or other result does not create a right to a refund. No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this refund policy before payment. If you believe a billing error or unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact Kron Jenesis promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

6. Payments and Authorization

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the stated charge. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party processor and is also subject to that processor's applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Member Accounts and Access

Your included Firewall and Trade Library access continues after the trading week without an expiration date or recurring access charge. Standard account-security and acceptable-use rules still apply. Continuing access does not mean unlimited data storage or uninterrupted uptime; disclosed usage limits and the availability provisions below continue to apply.

If a service includes member access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and any active member session and for activity conducted through your account. Access is personal unless the applicable offer expressly permits sharing or multiple users.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Kron Jenesis website content, coaching materials, books, frameworks, graphics, text, and proprietary tools are owned by or licensed to Kron Jenesis. Purchasing a service grants you personal access to the purchased service; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials or grant permission to reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly post them.

The Live Trading Week is a private, educational experience. Its original instruction, presentations, screen shares, spoken explanations, charts, visual materials, commentary, and the selection and presentation of trading setups form part of the coaching content. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to attend and learn from the program. It does not give you permission to record, capture, reproduce, copy, livestream, rebroadcast, post, publish, sell, license, or distribute any part of the live sessions or their materials without prior written authorization from Kron Jenesis, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Trade locations and levels discussed in the Live Trading Week are for the individual participant's personal educational use only. You may not share or redistribute session-disclosed trade locations, trading zones, entries, stops, targets, setups, or related instructions to the public or to third parties, whether for free or for payment, including through social media, messaging groups, other trading communities, or signal services. Only Kron Jenesis may publish this program-specific information or expressly authorize its redistribution. This restriction applies to information learned through the sessions; it does not claim ownership over public market prices or prohibit independent analysis that does not disclose session content.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website or member areas, attempt to bypass access or usage controls, interfere with the operation of the service, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, upload malicious material, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

10. User Content, Storage, and Usage Limits

As between you and Kron Jenesis, you retain your rights in the trading records, screenshots, notes, reviews, and other user-created content you choose to submit to the service. You grant Kron Jenesis and its service providers a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the service or as otherwise authorized by you.

The Firewall and related member features may apply program-specific limits to trading-history windows, trade imports, trades per day, reviews, images, file size, and storage. Limits may be enforced or reasonably adjusted to maintain reliability, security, fair use, and service availability. Kron Jenesis may grant individual extensions or exceptions at its discretion.

11. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, video providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, trading platforms, or other technology providers. Kron Jenesis does not control the availability, security, rules, or performance of those independent services.

12. Availability, Data Integrity, and Backups

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the website and member services, but uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation is not guaranteed. Software, browsers, devices, networks, cloud services, storage systems, synchronization processes, and third-party providers can experience outages, errors, delays, corruption, or data loss.

You should maintain an independent copy of trading records, screenshots, or other information you consider important. Backup and synchronization features are provided as operational aids and are not a substitute for your own records.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kron Jenesis is not responsible for trading or market losses, third-party platform failures, or loss, corruption, delay, or unavailability of user data caused by third-party outages, device or browser failure, internet or transmission problems, unauthorized activity outside Kron Jenesis's reasonable control, or other events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Live Sessions, No Recording, and Participant Privacy

The Live Trading Week is delivered live. Kron Jenesis does not record the sessions or provide session replays. Participants may not audio-record, video-record, screen-record, screenshot, automatically transcribe, livestream, or otherwise capture or reproduce any live session or portion of a session. Participants may not repost or distribute session audio, video, charts, commentary, or trade locations to anyone else. These restrictions apply to personal recordings as well as public or commercial sharing, except with Kron Jenesis's advance written permission or as required or expressly permitted by applicable law.

All session-disclosed trade locations, levels, zones, entries, stops, targets, and setups must remain private to the authorized attendee and may not be relayed, reposted, published, or supplied to third parties. See Section 8, Intellectual Property, for the permitted personal educational use of program information.

Purchasing the program does not grant blanket permission to publicly use your name, voice, likeness, screen shares, or private trading information. Public or promotional use of identifiable participant material requires separate permission.

Avoid sharing passwords, account credentials, private financial information, or confidential third-party material during meetings.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Policies may be updated as services, checkout terms, technology, storage practices, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current website version.
