Risk Disclosure
This disclosure explains the material risks associated with futures trading and the nature and limitations of the educational content, performance coaching, and self-directed tools provided through Kron Jenesis and The Firewall.
Updated October 23, 2026
1. Nature of the Services
The Live Trading Week is a four-day educational experience covering market preparation, observation of live New York open trading, questions, and daily review from Monday through Thursday. Observing a trade does not mean that the same trade is suitable for you.
Kron Jenesis provides educational content, performance coaching, books, and The Firewall, a self-directed trading psychology, journaling, risk-awareness, and execution-review tool. These services are intended to help traders examine process, behavior, preparation, and decision-making.
The services do not hold customer trading funds, execute orders, exercise discretionary authority over a trading account, or manage a trading account on a user's behalf. Any brokerage, exchange, proprietary trading firm, platform, data-feed, or other trading relationship is separate from Kron Jenesis and is governed by the third party's own agreements, rules, and risk disclosures.
2. Futures Trading Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Futures are leveraged instruments. Market movements can produce rapid gains or losses, margin requirements can change, and under some circumstances losses can exceed the amount initially deposited or invested.
Only risk capital should be used for trading. Risk capital means money you can afford to lose without impairing necessary living expenses, emergency reserves, debt obligations, or long-term financial needs.
3. Educational Purpose; No Individualized Financial Advice
All website content, coaching discussions, books, videos, examples, tools, commentary, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or accounting advice and are not a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any futures contract or other financial instrument.
Educational discussion may address trading psychology, risk concepts, process, execution, discipline, journaling, or general market situations. You remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade and for determining whether any trading activity is appropriate for your objectives, experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
4. No Profit, Performance, Funding, or Payout Guarantees
The 5R approach describes a planned target of five times the initial risk, not a guaranteed return. Limit orders may not fill, may fill only partially, or may fill as conditions change. Stops may execute at worse prices than intended; gaps, slippage, and fees can change actual risk and results. Identified levels and key reference areas do not ensure a profitable trade.
No representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee is made that any person will become profitable, remain profitable, recover prior losses, achieve consistency, pass or retain a proprietary trading evaluation or account, receive a payout, avoid a drawdown, or achieve any particular financial result by using Kron Jenesis services or The Firewall.
Improvement in preparation, psychology, discipline, process, or execution does not guarantee improved financial performance. Markets remain uncertain and losses can occur even when a trader follows a sound process.
5. Past Performance, Testimonials, and Individual Experiences
Watching another trader does not reproduce their account conditions, timing, fills, position sizing, or decisions. Real-time discussion can involve delays, and your results can differ even if you attempt a similar trade. A session may include no trades when suitable opportunities do not develop.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any testimonial, case study, client statement, personal trading experience, payout reference, example, or success story reflects a particular experience and should not be interpreted as typical, expected, or guaranteed.
Individual results vary materially based on experience, capitalization, risk, market conditions, execution, discipline, fees, technology, trading frequency, and many other factors.
6. Hypothetical, Simulated, Replay, and Illustrative Results
Any hypothetical, simulated, replay, backtested, paper-trading, or illustrative result has inherent limitations. It does not represent actual trading and may be prepared with information or hindsight that would not have been available in real time. Simulated results cannot fully reproduce the financial and psychological pressure of risking actual capital.
Such examples may also fail to fully account for liquidity, slippage, commissions, fees, latency, rejected orders, partial fills, changing margin requirements, platform limitations, or other factors that can materially affect live results. Actual outcomes can differ significantly from hypothetical or simulated outcomes.
7. Proprietary Trading Firms and Other Third Parties
References to proprietary trading firms, brokers, exchanges, charting platforms, trading platforms, data providers, payment processors, or other third parties are for educational or operational context unless expressly stated otherwise. Kron Jenesis does not control their rules, technology, pricing, account decisions, payout decisions, data, outages, or business practices.
Rules and programs offered by third parties can change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current terms and risk disclosures of any third party you choose to use.
8. The Firewall and Technology Limitations
The Firewall is a self-directed behavioral, journaling, risk-awareness, and execution-review tool. It is not an order-routing system, brokerage control, exchange risk control, or guarantee against trading outside your intended limits. Its prompts, directives, timers, guidance, calculations, saved records, and interface states are educational and organizational aids.
Software, browsers, local or cloud storage, synchronization systems, internet connections, devices, data sources, and third-party services can fail, become unavailable, produce errors, or lose information. Maintain independent risk controls and copies of records you consider important. Do not rely on The Firewall as the sole mechanism protecting a live trading account or as your sole permanent trading record.
9. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, order placement, position size, risk limits, platform configuration, compliance with broker or proprietary-firm rules, and resulting gains or losses. You should independently evaluate any information before acting on it and consult appropriately licensed financial, legal, tax, or other professionals when advice specific to your circumstances is needed.
10. Changes to This Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure may be updated as the website, coaching services, The Firewall, applicable laws, or business practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made. The version available through this website is the current version.
